Monday

Full-body HIIT — sprints, carries, bodyweight circuits. Location confirmed Sunday evening on Instagram.

6:00am — 7:00am

Wednesday

Strength-focused — resistance bands, partner drills, ground work. Same crew, different burn.

6:00am — 7:00am

Friday

Endurance intervals — longer runs, ladder drills, core finisher. Best way to close the week.

6:00am — 7:00am

Saturday

Long session — mixed terrain, longer carries, group challenges. Location rotates weekly; check Instagram Friday night.

7:00am — 8:15am
